Agonos vs Everfit

Everfit automates very well. It also bills automation, nutrition and payments separately, on top of a grid that climbs with client count.

Updated 2 September 2026

The short answer

Everfit is a modern, well-built tool, unusually strong on automation: Autoflow runs a program across a whole group without you touching it. Its free plan for up to 5 clients is also the most generous on this list.

Take Everfit if you sell semi-automated coaching at scale and its automation is your product — or if the free 5-client plan covers your business today. Take Agonos if you want a single price: there, Autoflow ($29), payments ($9) and meal plans ($39) stack on top of a plan that already climbs with your client count.

Choose Everfit if

  • A permanently free plan for up to 5 clients, where we only offer a 14-day trial.
  • Autoflow: genuine client-journey automation, deeper than anything we ship today.
  • A solid on-demand content portal, if you also sell self-serve programs.

Choose Agonos if

  • €29/month, everything included. There, nutrition, payments and automation are three extra lines on the plan.
  • Unlimited clients with no bracket to cross, where their Pro plan runs $19 for 5 clients to $290 for 300.
  • A French interface and French support, and a client app that follows the phone's language.

What changes when you move

You stop adding things up

One plan, one price. No nutrition add-on, no payments add-on, no automation add-on.

2

The roster can grow

Their grid steps up with client count; ours stops at €29 and stays there.

3

Your French-speaking clients stop guessing

Sessions, notifications and emails in French, with nothing for you to translate.

Questions before you switch

Is Everfit cheaper than Agonos?+

At the entry point, yes: their free plan covers 5 clients and Pro starts at $19/month. The gap closes as soon as the add-ons go on — roughly $29 for Autoflow, $9 for payments, $39 for meal plans — and the base plan climbs with the roster, to $290 at 300 clients. Read off their pricing page on 2 September 2026.

Does Everfit work in French?+

The tool is built English-first. If your clients speak French, the Agonos app speaks it to them without you translating your instructions.

Does Agonos do automation?+

Partly, and honestly less than Autoflow. We have reusable templates, bulk assignment by group and automatic progressions; we do not have a full client-journey engine.

And the white-label app?+

There it is reserved for the Enterprise plan, which is priced by quote. Here it is in the Team plan, at a published €99/month.
